Kentucky Derby, Iron Man and Ryder Cup Home Rentals

Every home we represent has been personally inspected by our staff and is guaranteed to meet the highest standards. Our staff is available before, during and after the rental period to help you achieve the ideal Kentucky Derby or Ryder Cup experience.  Our short term rentals are  available for periods of 2 days to 30 days, with corporate relocation packages of up to 120 days available.

How to Book Our Homes and Packages:

Browse our available homes for the house, loft, condo or country estate that best suits your needs.  All residences are privately owned and most are occupied by the owner for at least part of the year.  Although we have over 100 homes listed, not every home is available year round.  Rates are generally highest during the Derby Weekend and Ryder Cup week, at other times of the year homes may be available for very affordable "off season" rates.

For personal guidance, call or email and we will help you select the perfect Louisville home for your trip.  When you have chosen, we will email you a contract specifying dates, location and total price.  To secure the home, the contract must be faxed, emailed or mailed to us and the initial deposit paid. 

 Although home rental rates are per night and not per person, package pricing is dependant up the number in your party and the length of your stay.  Packages may include tickets, transportation, catering and staff-- If you don't find exactly what your party is looking for, we will be happy to put together a custom package for you.
