The house was built in 1882 in a folk Italianate style with high ceilings, tall windows, original crystal chandeliers, hardwood floors.  Total of 6000 square feet of living space.  5 miles from Churchill Downs, less than 15 miles from Valhalla Golf Club and 1 mile to downdown.  Located in the historic Cherokee Triangle.

Smoking is permitted only on the two attached porches (1rst and 2nd floor) and in the backyard.  Less than one block from Jack Fry's (site of the trainer's dinner), 2 blocks to Lily's. Dozens of other restaurants, clubs, shops and cafes within a few blocks.  

 Recently remodeled with all new luxury  appliances, copper and marble countertops, stained concrete floors  and antique tile in the expanded kitchen. Four full and one half bath, all recently remodeled.   High speed wireless internet access throughout house.

Bedroom  5:  1rst floor bedroom with full sized bed and private lounging porch (smoking permitted on porch). Bathroom on hall.

Bedroom 6:  2nd floor bedroom with full  sized bed and bathroom on hall.

Den:  With queen sofa sleeper could accomodate 2 more, bringing the total to 14. Den has pocket doors for privacy.
